Brisa29 has agreements with three neighbors to make improvements to their properties. We have already started making neighborhood improvements at the Brisa29 vehicle entrance. A tree contractor has removed three dead trees and also trimmed a few other overgrown trees. Fencing for the entrance corridor has been designed and ordered, and we expect this work to be completed by February 2021. Additionally, two adjacent houses, one at 1528 E Thompson and the other at 346 Chrisman will soon be receiving exterior paint improvements. Toward the end of the construction at Brisa29, we will install new pavement on the project's access street.
