Brisa29 Townhomes - Site Work Update

We are making progress with the site work and we should be starting the parking garage soon (podium).  As you can see from the video we already started excavating the parking garage.  We also have a trail leading to the park.  The extra dirt on the property will be used to complete the excavation work.

Brisa29 townhomes is an affordable option if you are interested in buying a townhouse in Ventura near the beach. Brisa29 is a 10-minute wall or 1/2 a mile from the beach. We are expecting pricing to come out either this fall or winter of 2019. Join our interest list to get updates.
